A sculptor and a painter, Cecil D. Long has lead an extraordinary life. As a young man, he merchandised the store windows of the finest shops in New York, fought in the Vietnam War and travelled to the leading “Haute Couture” houses of the world as a buyer. Cecil has always followed his passions and his heart. When he returned home to the Maritimes, he pursued a bachelor's degree of Fine Arts at Mount Allison University. He's produced monumental sculptures for his community, including a collection of beautiful sandstone sculptures that can be admired at the Greater Moncton International Airport in Southeast New Brunswick.
Cecil D. Long continues to follow his passion by sculpting and painting every day.
